The stickman and the farmer
This is a story by deemac's grand-daughter, Cara (then aged 6).

There once was a stickman who couldn’t help the farmer. He couldn’t scare the crows away from the corn.

Hum! Maybe if the farmer gives me some extra scary tips, I might be able to scare the crows. B-b-but I’ll have to talk to the farmer and that’s a secret.”

But if I speak to the farmer he might sell me for money. “

“Hum” he said loudly.

“Holy moley, my stickman can talk” said the farmer. “And I’ll tell you what I’ll do with you.

I’ll teach you how to do helpful stuff like doing the ironing.”

NO!!!!!!

And when he got sold, he lived happily ever after because instead of having to do the ironing he got fed lots of chocolate chip cookies and the farmer got a new stupid but scarier stickman.
