this poem is about a girl loved by a family that's like her own.

                                            My heart burns

As my heart burns ,as if no one has learned,

The silence and pain has punctured my heart,

Just because everyone i love is so far apart,

The people i grew used to are now called family,

I feel so cold and left out all alone,

Its like a warning that is never said,

just because all the things you did,

even now they will always be tears to shed,

I pray at night lying in bed just trying, trying to forget,

everything that was said, sometimes I feel I'm better off dead,

but one,one family told me  everything was going to be ok,

They help me try to cope with the pain,

All my heart burns for is love, family, friends,a mother, and a father,

The type who care, I feel as if I found them, but I'm nowhere around them,

They were with me through my pain and suffering,

I wish i could go to church and give offering,

                                                  My heart burns,
