Its a poem about how the girl who cuts herself finds the nerve to quit.
Life is represented in so many ways
from the boy with tatoos,
to the girl with trophies.
All representing a memory
then their's those whose life is written all over them.
A cry for help she writes on her arm
a scar for life, a moment of freedom.
Laying she realizes how addicted she was.
Something to help ease the pain
only made it worse.
Seeing the blood she smiles with relief,
not caring for anything else.
The scars she leaves,
she frowns with grieve.
the moment of bliss had it's end,
She keeps the pen but locks it away
that way someday she had the chance to say
I made the choice to give up what meant everything.
To lock away my moment of freedon
and come back to reality, and face my fears.
I don't regret the mistakes i've made,
I only regret throwing it all away.
