So, time stands still.

Bloods a thrill.

Scars, a never ending

Roller coaster

of lines like stories on my skin.

Where to begin?

How about in the waves?

Where the ocean bites at my toes,

Maybe she can wash away what they know,

And everything I remember.

Ashes,

My heart burned.

My skin ached,

For this release,

sharp and unforgiving,

unforgiven.

Where to end?

Where it begins,

with one thought,

something to relieve the pain.
