Impulse or ?
"I hate a wasted journey. How dark can dark be?"
the voice shook the void. It was Wisdom searching
for a lover. The Origin of all things spoke in a crackling
pulsar, "This is the place where nothing lives.
This is the battle where no unknown soldier died.
This is the momument that stands for nothing heroic."

"Life my daughter Zoe! She takes her place amongst the stars.
I feel the lovers intertwined beneath her sky. Love is not love
without a true marriage to Wisdom." Wisdom peals away
her words and plants a tree. "I will call this tree 'human'
      flesh from earth."

The Origin turns his eye upon this race,
"Consign thee and come to dust.
                Make a life of jealousy
And follow the changes of the moon
                With suspicion.
Where virtue is there is suffering.
The Heavens care not for merit.
The Heavens are empty and void."

Wisdom laughed inwardly. She knew to feel is to be rewarded.

The daughter of Zoe: Eve ate of the tree of Adam.
The fruit was sweet and bitter.
"Will you condemb a feeble soul? A poor weak thing?"
    Eve begged for God's blessing.
"My prayers are never answered. My sorrow is deep."
Eve wept for her suffering children.
Adam made a bed of hay and called to his Eve,
"Eve! Make your prayers to me. I have made a nest for your sacrifice."
She entered their nest and knelt and crawled about,
"Cruel! Am I your dog? Why am I forsaken to be a beast of burden?"
    Wisdom whispered to Eve about another wife of Adam;
a witch in the land of Nod.
    "Who is Lilith?" Eve asked.
Adam seized her and took her cruely,
"You hold your water like a witch!"
Zoe made the rain fall and drove the lovers into a grotto.
Adam pressed Eve against the mud.
"Who is this? Who calls me wife?" Lilith spoke from the shadows.
Adam threw stones at the darkness. Eve crawled into a corner.
"Ah! It is Adam and his dog. Adam is your rod ready?" Lilith laughed.
Adam felt weak and ran into rain swept field.
Eve screamed as she felt the slender arms of a woman about her.
"Now thou art my dog." Lilith laughed and showed her pale face to
    Eve.

Zoe laughed a let a gentle feminine rain fall apon Adam.
He fell apon the ground and stood on four legs.
    Adam was Coyote.
Coyote ran about and up to a rocky ledge
and howled for his Eve at the hunter's moon.
Eve arched her back in Lilith's embrace.
She was black as saphire and Lilith as pale as the moon.
Eve shut her eyes to Adam's cries.

    Wisdom laughed....
    with the rising sun.+
