Many things happen on holidays.
On the day of old Sain Patty's
I listened to an old friend.
She told me to go to me daddy's
and reunite with me old kin.

I knocked upon the door
until the knock came no more.
Opened it me daddy did
and with a smile me in he bid.

All of me family was there.
They couldn't help but stare.
Ten years long it has been.
Ten years since last I'd seen them.

Much fun and laughter we had.
Proudly nothing went bad.
We all rekindled our love,
With the sun setting above.

At the end of the day,
we all had our way.
In having so much fun,
while up was the sun.

Happy and jolly and gay
were we on St. Patty's Day.
