this poem is about the darker side of life after all its not all sunshine and roses.
As the shadow of darkness lingers over me,
my body begins to shake with the loss,
i see my dress slowly become saturated,
it shouldn't be long now, i think numb and cold,

Sat in a thick warmish puddle,
alone in the dark silence of my bedroom floor,
with the sound of rain as my company,
nearly there i think, numb and cold

Feeling my heart beating slower and weaker,
'my eyes becoming much heavier then before,'
the last few trickles down my beautiful dress,
slowly taking my last breath and falling to the floor,

I start to wake and bring myself to my feet,
wearing the same dress without the blood,
i turn and see myself on the ground motionless,
thats when they came running in crying holding me,
covering themselves with my blood mum looks at me and says,

i'll see you there.
