about rising above something you did not think you could survive.
                                                  I Rise Above

Take my hand and pull me up.

I can't breathe smothered by this pain.

Drowning, drowning i've had enough.

Take me where there's life again.

I needed darkness to help me heal.

And now i'm strong so break me free.

From all the sadness that I feel.

Show me the light, I need to believe.

Believe i'm not the only one.

To sink so low and rise above.

Allow me faith to trust again.

Take my hand and help me love.
