The life beneath the pretty faces.
Time ticks by.
A beautiful painting is torn apart.
Though it appears still together,
An icy stole hath stole her heart.

And now she stands on her own.

Through the roughest rain,
And the whipping winds,
Swallowed by unseen darkness,
She is alone.

On her knees in the coldest room,
Where one is left till the next soulmate doth come,
Locked against her will in her self-imposed death chamber she sings,

"Shall I remain in here forever?
For I cannot fly with just one wing."
And until the other wing doth come,
In cold reality she forever remains.

*No critique, please. I'm a highschooler that does this for fun, I know it's not perfect. xD
