Waiting in anticipation, Joe knew the time was ready to strike.
Joe’s anticipation welled up inside like a pressure cooker.

He could feel his face getting redder as the blood pumped round his body spurred on by the adrenalin surge.

The time was coming close. Any time now and it would be time to strike.

Coiled like a threatened cobra, he suddenly struck…SNAP!
