tuning into my own thoughts and sensations
i tune in -

to my body's muscle tension

focus on it melting

to what my mind is

contemplating

to the natural rhythm

as i breathe

break it down to

each heartbeat

until i am at ease

i close my fist

and open it

to symbolize

release
