a poem on love and it's end
The whole world echoes, to a wondrous sound,

Of the hearts that sing, of the love they’ve found.

Their souls ascend, to reach the heavens above,

As their body’s entwine, as each shows their love.

And I have soared so high, I was afraid that I’d fall,

But I was safe in love’s arms, safely in it’s thrall.

And as my soul ascended, I felt my poor heart race,

As I was dancing to the music, of my lovers warm embrace.

I have gazed up with love, to a pair of tawny eyes,

As my soul reached it’s zenith, completed with sighs.

And then I have tarried, deep in heavens domain,

Content in my soul, hoping we could remain.

Though, we might wish, that nothing goes wrong,

Sometimes life will end loves beautiful song.

Your hearts, and your souls, that’s twined at the start,

Life has decided, and torn them apart

So now my love, though we reached heavens height,

And we both shared our love, within heavens light.

Death has now decreed, that we must now part,

Though the leaving of you has broken my heart.

Where my life’s going, that's not mine to know.

But it has been written, and life's made it so.

For I now must go on, though our souls are apart,

For the rest of my life, sing silently my heart.
