About the Holocaust.

Eleven million raindrops kissed the ground today
Falling like teardrops off their faces
For those who have died
For those who have survived
The Holocaust

All it took was one man
One voice full of hate
no compassion, but why do we limit ourselves by hating
when they are just like us

Suddenly every minute was unknown
it was strength and security that kept them alive
Even though they were beaten and starved
they always found a reason to live

They lived with a fear
of not knowing
but knowing when they were going to die
a truly terrible thing

Eleven million raindrops kissed the ground today
Falling like teardrops off their faces
for those who have died, and those who have survived
The Holocaust
