A playful poem.
As the sun tilts toward the end of the day,
I gaze to the stars flashing my way,

They glimmer magically in the gaping night sky,
Preparing for their supernova; the time when they'll die.

Though their death is far, those pretty little stars,
Gleaming so bright and joyfully,

They watch the world,
And its little boys and girls,

While their stardust as just a reach away.

So remember the time of night,
When the sky will bare its might,

With those icy cold stars
Winking down from afar.
