Life's Routine is something that everyone encounters. How you handle it, varies
Condemned by life itself
I break out of routine
Changing all the cards
And all that I have seen
Living on the edge
Forgetting life’s dear goals
Marriage work and children
Switching all the rolls
Marriage just a contract
Love is always there
Why sign a paper
To show that you do care
Money homes and diamonds
Life I live without
Hopeless seems a marriage
To end I do not doubt
If it never ends
Victory never shows
The love withholds its value
But the relationship never grows
Children drive you crazy
Time starts to increase
Before you watch them grow
Your life becomes deceased
Never more your own
Routine follows the child
Your path ends abruptly
The life of never wild
Soccer games and school
Work eat and sleep
Train every moment
The child you do not keep
They grow and learn routine
And start a path their own
Leaving you abandoned
Once again alone
Divorced without a spouse
You search for life’s adventures
Before you leave the house
You have to find your dentures
Life has passed you by
And nothing’s went your way
Your routine is never more
Your hair has turned to gray
Living while your dying
You watch it pass you by
Advice you give your child
“Live before you die”
