Sometimes

Sometimes things just aren't what they seem,
You swear it's for real just to find it's a dream.

Sometimes things just don't go according to plan,
You line it all up you're so certain...than bam.

Sometimes things aren't what they're cracked up to be,
Grass is not always greener yet we always try to see.

Sometimes things are better left unsaid,
It's strange how a word can make a lifeline go dead.

Sometimes things just are not as they appear,
Representations are misleading yet it's too late when they're clear.

But sometimes,
Just sometimes...
When you trust in your fate,
Sometimes,
Just sometimes...
Things really are worth the wait!
