A teen who just goes with the flow of things.
A sex symbol becomes a thing. I just hate being a thing, but if it happens, it happens. I'll just go with

the flow. There is no need to fret about such things. If the photographer asked me to pose in a way the

bunnies did in Hefner's presence, who was I to complain?

"Sex sells," he told me as I left the studio where I had had an appointment for a Pepsi Ad. Of course

he was right; sex sells, I thought to myself as I walked down the street. Life is a river; it has many twist

and turns. Trying to fight what is goinig to happen anyways is such a drag, so why fight it?

As I walked down the street to my house, I could see my mother's boyfriend standing on the porch

knocking on the door. He peered in to see if anyone was coming, but when no one did, he turned to the

stairs to leave. He spotted me as I walked up the drive way and smiled. I couldn't help rolling my eyes at

him.
"How was your day?" He asked curiously.

      "Fine," I told him blandly.

"I brought your mom this china, but she isn't--"

"Whatever," I said cutting him off, with my hand held up ready to take the china from him. He walked

me to the door and before he could say another word, I shut the door in his face. Just another turn in the

river, I told myself. Just go with the flow.
