Just my way or saying that actions speak more than one thousand words.
Reticent Speech

Yesterday you caressed my hands
Never spoke one word; instead
I felt your warmth, your tender thoughts.

You kissed me softly and kindly
Still never said a word
Yet, I knew you loved me

A cherished hug I opened arms to
Still a word never left your lips
But that moment completely seized me

By myself I stand today, I think of you
I've realized you are gone
Still somehow you are here.

Must be the light of your soul
It stayed to surround me
Without words...Quietly...
