poem written about a close friend of mine who i would do anything in the woeld for
three times you have tried,
three times you’ve almost died.
scarred wrist,
you’re a mess.
i want to save you, i’ll do my best.

i can’t save you, if you fall.
you’ve pretty much seen it all.
i know you cant wait to leave
to be yourself, have room to breathe.
you’re a mess, i will admit.
you’re just like me, a misfit.

just to know that you’re okay
that’s all i hope for, every day.
i need to get you out of there,
you’re all locked up, it isnt fair.

off a bridge, you flew.
never thought you’d follow through.
thank god that was just a drew,
i feel so helpless, i want to scream!

entire bottle in your veins,
this mess is driving me insane.
out of the darkness, you must crawl
i know you’ll make it, you wont fall.

you save me first, now its my turn
i can not just let you burn
dont burn away, dont waste away
i promise you will be okay
