A poem on a mother's responsibilities towards her children's upbringing
"Mother's Rhapsody"

Hey child, please bear with me

I want you to see

The world as you should

For it ain't easy

Unless you are told

For I ever so afraid

Or being reprimanded

In neglecting my dues

To guide the way

Of truth

Time waits for no one

And never to claim

There's still more to come

For us to wait

Until it's too late

Please, I'm a mere servant

Anxious to fulfill

The time given to me

With diligent honesty

So child, listen carefully

And never stop seeking

The secrets of certainty

For in you

There's a better me.
