Well, like a derailed train, I was immobilized a while. Now lifted by life, I am settled back on my rails and its up to me now to get rolling.

Momentum must be gained. Not too mush cause then you derail again. Take each project as a potential conquest. Unpleasant tasks, or intimidating ones, look that much sweeter in the rear view mirror! Overcome inertia. Controlled yet sustained velocity of actions leading to accomplishments

Depression and antidepressants and pilots FAA changing rules about all that. Yes I agree it could be more dangerous flying depressed than flying on a drug to treat depression. Anyway I love my 2 antidepressant drugs, and my anxiety pill. Don;t lease home without it. Man if I'd been this well balanced in high school, maybe I'd have done much much better. .
