A poem on the inevitability and sadness of conformity.
scale the walls of uncertainty
find no purpose
heed no call

with your eyes ablaze, embers glowing
you step forward
fall into line

march to that incessant rhythm
boom, boom, clang
identity withers, falls

after all that avoidance
here you are
one of them
