just a short poem
In the Autumn all is forsaken

Subjugated and shaken, shaking Hell

She looks surprised by the crack of lightning

A blistering sign she’s become awake

Sees all the angels I’ve littered this evening

All soft skinned, bruised, bleeding and weak

She has the eyes of a frightened kitten

Rakeing her claws in a defiant display

We both dance in her fadeing sunset

As the final lights break through the cloudscape

She falls around, as her will begins failing

Flailing arms harmless and meak

In the Autumn all is forsaken

See all the angels laying bare, naked and beat.
