The pain of losing someone you love
Why did you leave me

My love was still there

Why did you go

And leave my life so bare.



It's been five years

And the pain is still here

Each day brings memories

And more and more tears.



I try to move on

With my life

But I keep looking back

To when I was your wife.



God, set me free

From this pain within

I need to move on

And have a life without him.
