General outlook on life, and the people residing in its dominion.
They are the people, who hide and seek none other,
The people who mask themselves before the eyes of others,
Standing in a line like prototype models of jesters.
Playing, fiddling, and useless them.

They are the people, finding no sense in education,
The people who toss a book and believe their education is for not.
Them who are like the rest, not of this world,
Alienated, yet so same they are.

They toss and turn with age, wondering their mistakes.
What went wrong? What Happened? They spake in true tongue.
They who are under what they could have been,
Alone, forgotten with time.

They toss and turn with age, attempting resolution.
They failed education and started to ‘live’ too early for them
Sitting on a park bench, recollecting the past.
The light simmers with them.

They, I wish I could see them again,
They who studied and took part in the community
They who actually had a dream now,
Understanding the world.

I wish I could see them again,
As they fiddle along,
Being so alienated from the rest.
So cold and alone,
As the light bakes them ‘round.
In their own understanding of the world that passed them.

I wish I could see them again.

Regards,
The Future
