I believe in the unseen, and I don't believe it is all good and pretty.
Surrounded by chaos I drift to sleep….
Peering upward I look upon a silent keep.
With walls of ancient, polished stone.
Behind which savage angels roam.
Sadness laced in hymns they sing.
Mourning brothers lost to an evil king.
Cringing now at times drawn near.
Results long sought yet tactics feared.
With weapons poised, their role is set.
A war draws near, none will forget.

Enclosed within chasms impossibly deep.
The beasts that roam here have no need of weapons.
Every part of them deadly, minds filled with deceptions.
The roar of their king is a deafening blast.
Battle approaches, the bloody die have been cast.
A master so strong, their bonds ever greater.
The enemy approaches, theirs and their masters’ Creator…
