Smothered
Suppresses
Trapped
Imprisoned without bars
All these thoughts rush through my head
Set my mind racing

I need out
I need space
I need to be free
I need to stop pacing back and forth

I need friends
I need a party
I need to do I want!

Rebellious thoughts
Racing through my mind
To break free?
Is that the right answer?

But no
As much as it hurts
I must be patient
I must lie
I must wait for the thing that will settle my mind and my fate

Or I will die
