The feeling you get when you fall in love.
Standing with my hips pressed against the fence
And my arms spread over my head
And my eyes glowing with the city lights
Feeling in this moment
Infinite
Like the time when I jumped out of the car
And danced
Like no one was watching but you
Like I was only put here
For you to be by my side
On the cool nights like this and the only lights we have
Are the city lights down the side of the hill
And the stars from above our head
we lay down next to each other
And we look upon each shining story someone has left behind
You tell me about your favorite, Polaris
Because it will always lead you home
I look up, to see that your favorite star
Is the one I’m lying right under
Then I realize
When I’m with you
This feeling never stops
Like now, when you grab my hand
And clasp it in yours
I feel nothing more
than absolutely
infinite
