What is society doing to our self worth?
In this society, I must cut myself to be beautiful.
I must shave off my imperfections.
I must bleed to be admired.
In this society, I must strive to fit in.
I must not stand out.
I must not be unique.
In this society, I must regard appearance as most important.
I must judge based on looks.
I must value the mirror's reflection most.
In this society, I must not age.
I must stay young.
I must be immortal.

In this society, I will never cut myself to be beautiful.
I will never shave off my imperfections.
I will never bleed to be admired.
In this society, I will never strive to fit in.
I will stand out.
I will be unique.
In this society, I will not regard appearance as most important.
I will not judge based on looks.
I will not value the mirror's reflection most.
In this society, I will age.
I won't stay young.
I am not immortal.
