Summer

The warmth engulfs me
It's like a song
The breeze now sighs softly
It's tune floods the lush lawn
And I listen closely
To the music unfolding
The beat ripples slowly
The air breathing, blowing
Salt waters fragrance fills the air
Clouds waltz in the sky
Roses remain in mothers care
Children shriek with laughter nearby
The bee's buzz is boisterous
And the sun is my remedy
The campfire's glow is wondrous
Because summertime is my melody
