This poem is for individuals who fall in love.
My heart beats fast every time I see you

My tongue tied up so I couldn’t say word

See, sometimes I stutter, sometimes not that bad

Sometimes so bad I can’t even open my trap

But I can’t make excuses about the way I feel

Because right now it seems so real

These feeling are so strong, their pulling me along

Pulling me towards you cuz that’s where I belong

You belong in my arms; we’ll both feel the rain

We’ll both feel the happiness and we’ll both feel the pain

So what do you say? Let’s give it a chance

All we need is a chance to break the ice

I know what you’re thinking, He never really talked much

And now all of a sudden he’s talking about love bunch

I guess a lot of things happened that got me wondering

I broke a couple of bones cuz of some small stunting

I got my heart broken freshmen year,

I guess now I know where I got my fear,

Of asking you how you feel

I remember a couple days before September eleven,

My dad died of Aneurysm and I was only seven

I don’t even get along with my step dad if you know what I mean,

All we say is Hi and Bye, not much of a perfect family dream,

I’m not exactly complaining, just letting you know who I am,

I just wanna be yours so then we’ll both know who I am.

I’m a pretty cool guy once you get to me know me,

But other than that it’s pretty hard to judge me,

I’ll try my best always and never make you cry,

Let’s give us a chance, let’s give us a try
