This is for my mom who died when I was 9 she was an alcoholic.

My memories are fading.

So much time has past.

I guess this pain was meant to last.

I wish you were here.

Many times I have cried, and have asked God why.

He has never replied, it wasn't his decision.

You had the voice. And made your choice.

You left your children to cry.

I wish you were here.

I see so many things I know you can't see.

I've asked you to look threw me.

I want you to see and hear all that you have missed.

There is so much beauty; that God has gave to us.

But you will never know,

You won't hear the birds chirping, or watch the deer in the yard.

Or hear the winds chimes, when the wind softly blows.

Life without a mother has been very hard.

You left a heart that is broken, open wounds I can't hide.

Walking alone, since the day that you died.

An unwanted girl left to carry your cross.

I wish you were here.
