Was watching a friend play Transformers on the PS3 and come up with this little piece.
War rages on between man and machine
A future where land becomes the playground
White and black is the field far in-between.

Shell casings from rapid fire in large count
Ground spilled with blood and the dark oil
Abandoned metal lies in countless amount.

Orders coming in from higher commanders
Tactics used to take out the larger numbers
Bird like machines that hover and meanders.

Heavy gun fire during the wavering skirmish
Night skies lit up with gun fire and explosions
Human bodies lay lifeless, skin still warmish.

The moon, like God's personal spotlight shines
A soft glow across what is all a big battle field
Engines and motors in the night start to whine.

Annihilation and domination, two last choices
Life is now the prized gold that is greatly desired
What happens next, controlled by the unseen voices.
