The Sinners’ Keeper


A dark man came to town
Someone they’ve never seen around

His manner silent and sinister
The doses lethal, he will administer

His steady eyes would not shift
His shadow though, would drift

Stealing through the night
Hiding his presence from the light

Things that were hidden he would rip
Taking what they would let slip
