This is about someone who died in a car accident talking to their lover.
Everything that we had

Everything that we knew

Slipped away in one second

Guess now it’s too late

You pushed me away

When I needed you the most

I just wanted you to understand

Now it’s too late to help me

All of those memories

All of the fun we had

Slipped away in one second

Things will never be the same

Driving on the highway

Zero to sixty in one second

Crash, then silence

The silence still haunts me

For I died on that day

Head on collision, one second is all it took

Everything will never be the same

It all slipped away

You stand at my grave

Crying for me, wanting me to come back

You should have helped me that day

For now nothing will be the same
