This is a poem that ask people to look at the world from a different point of view.
                                        OH, TO SEE

Oh, to be a blossom whose entrancing fragrance lingers in the breeze?

To be a tree whose majestic branches sway with such ease?

Or to be a bird whose life is so free.

I smile at the sun. I kiss the rain.

I laugh with the rainbow and the promise that she brings.

Oh, to share the joy that bubbles in my soul.

To show the kindness that has been in me from the start.

To have a comrade that would give my mind ease.

To see my love that is rooted and grounded so deep.

People are so consumed with the lives they live.

They only see the sorrow, the sickness and the sin.

People with such ugly hearts

To peer at the beauty of the world with an awful sneer

Oh, to be a sunbeam that could warm their hearts.
