A prompt from Robert Lee Brewer's Poetic Asides Blog
Something cold arrived in February, and left in September.
It crept into my bedroom, and slept in my bed.
It touched me, stealing my warmth, and turning my skin to ice.
It walks in a persistent moonless winter, alone.
