You can always see through a pretender, or can you?
Pretnders come when you don't expect it.
You let them in and let them say it.
You believe every word they say
Because they made you believe they were at bay.

They promised you it was the truth.
And every single lie, you took.
A broken heart, a broken mind.
A sound so soft
You feel like you could  lift off

They pretend to be people they are not
covered in lies , in hopes , distraught.
They make you think they are wonderful
with every action, lie and so

This is why , I hate pretenders
false hope, rule breakers
Not the breakers your thinking of
No, they're lies come from beyond and above

So watch out for the day ,
a pretneder comes your way
You won't know who they are
they'll make you believe who they
'truly' are.
You won't notice it at first.
Just save your heart, because it may burst.
