On watching stray clouds from a flight
Karma

There's much a stray cloud can tell..

About the bellowing smoke of violent intrigues,
drudgery, treachery and adultery
committed on earth
that it managed to dodge;

About the soothing mist of healing touch,
thoughtful gestures,
acts of kindness and smiles
shared in hell
that it cared to condense
so as to to rain them back in heaven,
one day,
on those who give.
