Comparing my marriage to a cup of tea. This was an anniversary poem to my husband.
Leaves of a fine selection
Measured and steeped to perfection.
A little sugar - sweet enough,
A balm when the path is rough,
Soothing when the day is old,
Warming to have and hold.
Aromatic harmony,
So are we
Like a cup of tea.
