A new philosophy on life
Moons don’t shine
Suns don’t glow. . .
How’s the moon to shine without light?
How can one sustain being big and bright?
The light brings warmth and love,
As the sun brings warmth.
Suns don’t glow
Moons don’t shine. . .
The bright light of the sun
Blinding yet joyful.
How can darkness be so light?
Is there happiness in destruction?
Is there joy in the unseen?
How can one determine the sights of the world,
Without enjoyment of the unknown. . .
How can the moon shine?
Without help from the sun,
How can the moon shine?
The moon becomes covered by the sun,
Emitting immortal darkness
Yet blinding light. . .
How can such darkness become such a void?
Is there light within a void?
Emptiness shares no shell,
Yet the beauty of it is only found,
With eyes closed wide
Yet open, covered in darkness. . .
Eyes open shut,
Wide enough to see the beauty in a dead world
Death is beautious
Yet not in life. . .
But in life there lies death.
Resembling the moon without a glow
And the sun without a shine
Is life without death,
The sun without shine is a solid moon
And the moon with a glow is a sun. . .
The moon doesn’t glow
The sun doesn’t shine. . .
Preserve the glow
Gleeful as glistening snow
Falling into lust
Upon cold ground
Warmed not by a suns light
But upon the moons glow
How must one grow. . .
The moon doesn't shine
The sun doesn't glow. . .
Childs dance
Filled with cheer
As a sorrow strewn mother sheds tear
Loss mourns not for the found
Yet moons circle
Awaiting moments to shine
As suns years to dim.
Like children
They dance. . .
They dance not for glory
Not for pain
Not for solitude
Yet for hope,
After all tis hope
That drives man to and from sanity
Tis hope that feeds the starved
Tis hope that awakens us each day
Tis hope that one day. . .
Yet without hope. . .
Is there happiness and life?
Is there chaos?
Does not chaos give breed
Only to peaceful anarchy
Leeching upon the idiosyncrasy of life
Only to reveal that. . .
There is no hope,
For the moon is without glow
And the sun without shine.
