I had an accident after I ended a relationship throwing me into confusion
I realise many moments thoughts.
Would I have regrets ?
Can I say, " I love" , while in the arms of angels.
These things you know.

These things you should know.
Between the lights and impact
No great good-byes. No time to compose.
The beginnings of disintegretation,
when red blood flows.
Decompose myself enough to say, " I love you"?

After the accident, first thoughts, first
return of feeling, first tears for the last love.
Knowing my children safe, I want to be safe with you.
But... you take me for such sight-seeing trips around.
Homer and Hades, funny, divergent and constant.

And in theis cesspool of emotion,
My love grows.
Like some gangling, foreign plant
that has no clue,
How to thrive.
Its' roots in strange luxury of times gone by.
It trails and drapes itself and takes over my room,
always wanting to blossom its' love.
Large, florid petals, the colour of my eye....
....After the Accident.
