Burning passion
Hidden desire
The sharp scent of sweat
Sweetened by lust and fear
Half-lidded eyes
Ragged breaths
Scarlet blood splattered
Gun smoke drifting
Glass glinting on the dull floor
Brass casings rolling
Glittering in the dim light
Fragile life taken
A crime in love
Sorrow crying in the distance
Nothing more than a love crime
