Nursery rhyme poem
Jack Sprat could eat no fat,
He was as lean as a Siamese cat.
Looking down at his stomach he gives it a pat,
And sighs, “I wish I had some more of that.”

His wife walks in and to him she says,
“Jack people are built in many different ways,
I don’t know why people go through this phase,
I’m fat and I am even happy most of the days.”

Jack realized what his wife said was true,
He left with a kiss and a quick “I love you.”
From that day on he never felt blue.
Liking ourselves is what we all need to do.
