A story about a boy and girl, who fall in love, and too soon lose.
A boy and girl met one day,
Never thought they'd feel this way.

They fell in love at first sight,
And when they kissed he held her tight.

To show her that she belonged to him,
All was going well, and then

They decided that two should be one
So, he held her all night long.

Three months flew right on by,
She's getting sick, and wants to die.

She goes to the doctor to see what wrong,
At first she's confused, but it doesn't take long

For her to realize what's happening,
That inside of her, something's growing.

A tiny child is on the way
She starts to cry, doesn't know what to say.

He calls her up that same night,
Hears the news and is filled with delight.

Months fly by as her stomach grows,
She can't hide the fact that she's starting to show.

Hormones are racing all around,
Irritation occurs from the simplest sound.

One day he slips and says something wrong,
And they don't talk all day long.

She awakes in the night, hungry and craving.
She goes to the store while the rain is pouring.

It's dark and blurry as she passes the bar,
A drunk driver hits the side of her car.

She can't move or breathe, her sight is fading.
All she can think about is her baby.

How it never got the chance,
To live, grow old, or feel romance.

Then she thought about her boyfriend too,
How she never got to say her last "I love you."

Her vision fades until there is no more,
Her breathing stops as she lays in the car

And that's the story of a boy and a girl.
But stories end, and this ones over.
