A short poem about a summer day that I somehow was blessed to experience.
The ripples in the water,
The smell of clean air.
Chills on my skin,
Wind in my hair.

Fish swimming swiftly,
Gentle and free.
Not a care in the world,
Why can't that be me.

Children running,
Laughing; having fun.
With their poles in the air,
Fishing in the sun.

Bee's buzzing through the flowers,
Ever so majestic.
A day like today,
Seems just like magic.
