A poem I wrote. First line is from the American's perspective, the second the villagers'.
The American's duty
The innocent's bane
Fighting for freedom
Hatred and gain

Death to the terrorists!
Death to the terrorists!

Storm through the enemy
They storm through our homes
Victory for our land
Laying waste, leave but bones

The demons must stop this
These demons, they lie
As we stand here cheering
We can not but cry

Death to the terrorists!
