A poem about an insecure person that wants love but unable to accept it
your words are like missiles
they hit their target everytime
your worries and thoughts
the darkness in your mind
I say what I can
to still your fear
but this is not my battle
can I make myself clear
I may not be
fully understood
But my love for you
is like termites for wood
I need it to survive
I need it to live
I need what you have
what you desire to give
leave the pleasure and pain
so far behind
Look deep within
and say what you find
all your answers
are eagerly awaiting
once you find them
there will be no debating
crystal clear is what your vision will be
my life without you is far from complete
