A humorous poem involving well known horror movie characters.
Creak creak
What was that sound?
Where did it come from?
Was it inside the house?

Who's there?
Freddy, is that you?
If you're trying to give me nightmares
That's simply not cool

I know it can't be Jason
For he's hanging out at the lake
And with all the spooky sounds out there
It makes my limbs shake

Maybe it was that other guy
His looks give me dread
I just can't remember his name
Doesn't matter, he's such a Pinhead

Forget the sound
I'll go have a shower
Oh wait, Norman gets pretty psycho
About having one at this late hour

Oh geez, there goes the neighbour
With his Texas chainsaw
Can you keep it down?
It's after eleven and that's the law

Time for bed
Cuddle up with my dolls
Hey, who was in my room?
They threw Chucky in the hall

I'd go to sleep now
But at the window's a crow
Those Birds really give me the creeps
Dont'cha know?

As I fall asleep
I look forward to Sunday
My boyfriend Michael Myers and I
Are heading out to a play

THE END (insert foreboding music here)
