The Temptress
The silver moon lights up the sky,

On serenely still waters it doth shine.

With curly blonde tresses and an hypnotic eye,

The purest of beauty will draw you nigh.

Her gentle steps parade the waters blue,

And if you see her, she'll sing a song for you.

With the whole of your heart and mind in tow,

Down deep beneath the waves you will go.

To a coral palace, she’ll take you there,

There’ll be no escape, not even a prayer.

Translucent swirls and pulsating glows,

In her cavernous chamber abandon ye hope.

Eternally shackled you’ll be, to her hearts delight,

She’ll tickle and bite without the slightest contrite.

So when you hear her moan, best be tied to your mast,

And dreaming the one at home, till you’re safely past.
